“The East Tower stands as one of our most complex projects. Besides being fully equipped with patient rooms, intensive care units, operating rooms, medical imaging services, and more, it was constructed under two major challenges.

The first challenge was maintaining the facility’s operation throughout the entire construction process. The construction zone was impacted by the electrical and mechanical systems serving the North Tower. We coordinated closely to ensure these essential services remained uninterrupted, minimizing any impact on patient care.

– The second challenge came when the Covid-19 pandemic struck during the construction phase. The urgent need for additional inpatient spaces to treat patients required us to accelerate our efforts. We delivered the project in phases, working in close collaboration with hospital management to meet the growing demand. We had to work in proximity to infected patients, which made the tasks even more delicate as we had to strictly adhere to safety protocols to safeguard our staff from potential infections.
