“This housing project, involving both design and construction, presented two key challenges. The first was the irregular terrain with steep slopes. The task was to strategically place the towers, parking areas, and amenities to integrate seamlessly with the landscape while ensuring an attractive and comfortable environment for future residents.

The second challenge was the tight construction schedule for the structural work of 24 apartments per tower. The gaol was to complete the project in just 7 weeks, starting from the foundation level. To achieve this, a modular formwork system was used, enabling the monolithic pouring of walls and floors.”
