“WE ARE HANDS-ON WITH VARIOUS INITIATIVES THAT CREATED A POSITIVE IMPACT”
We actively collaborate in initiatives that generate a positive impact for communities, participating in a variety of projects in different categories. Including donations, such as contributions for the construction of a sports school in La Carpio as part of the Parque de Luz project, and the continued collection of ecological blocks in support of the Asociación Obras del Espíritu Santo. As well as projects specifically led by us, such as the remodeling of the gymnasium in the El Alto community in Cartago, the construction and remodeling of safe and illuminated pedestrian accesses for Ciudad Hogar Calasanz, and the cooperative construction of a new pedestrian bridge and children’s playground for neighbors in the Cristo Rey neighborhood. We believe that our social responsibility is not only reflected in our people, but also in collaborating with various foundations and communities to expand our social contribution and make a real difference.

Our commitment to the planet is reflected in practice. We annually review and update internal environmental protocols and policies, both for our offices and for each project, always seeking to reduce energy and potable water consumption. Our commitment to the planet is demonstrated through our actions. Each year, we review and update our internal environmental protocols and policies, applying them both to our offices and our clients’ projects. We continuously strive to minimize energy and potable water consumption. A prime example of this is the solar panels we installed in our facilities in 2017, reducing energy consumption by 50%.

From proper waste management to reforestation programs in the areas and projects in which we work, our goal is always to leave a better environment than the one we found. We are aware of our environmental responsibility in terms of the footprint we generate, we know that building implies doing it in a responsible way.
