“For this project, we had to import highly specific steel pipes. Along with the lengthy import process, the ship carrying the materials unexpectedly changed course and, instead of arriving in Costa Rica, diverted to Venezuela. This caused a six-week delay, requiring us to devise a strategy and adjust our workflow to recover the lost time and ensure the project was completed on schedule.

Another challenge we encountered was that the glass on the facades had an intentional tilt, as requested by the architect, to prevent reflections from vehicles inside. However, this led some people to believe the glass was misaligned, mistakenly assuming it was a construction error.”
