“The project serves as the preliminary stage for enabling the space where the East Tower building would be constructed. Similar to the East Tower, the construction area was adjacent to services that were never interrupted, such as the South Tower.

As part of scope, operating room areas in the South Tower building were renovated, and the area of the Old Water Tanks, which are considered national heritage, was rehabilitated to convert it into a supply area for medical gases and hospital fuel.”
