This project tested the company’s ability to work under pressure, as it had to be completed within a very short timeframe in order to be ready for the Christmas season. He forced us to work more than 12 hours a day, including Saturdays.

Despite all the effort, the work was completed while maintaining a good working environment with both subcontractors and inspectors. So much so that they congratulated us at the end of the project and told us that in previous projects, they had had problems and even friction between the parties.

The schedule and logistics required keeping access to the basement open for concrete trucks and machinery. As a result, part of the mezzanine had to remain unfinished until just weeks before the delivery. Although both inspectors and owners were concerned it wouldn’t be ready, we managed to complete everything on time and in perfect condition for handover.”
