This project was a real challenge in terms of design and construction, based on a previously built residential building that was to be transformed into a senior living facility. The project was originally conceptualized to have four apartments per floor, for a total of 12 apartments, but was redesigned to have 16 suites per typical floor, for a total of 56 rooms. Each room offers space, lighting, and amenities of the highest standards of quality and comfort, ensuring that residents and their families can enjoy their daily lives with complete peace of mind.

Complementing the rooms, the project also includes a series of common areas such as a reception area, living rooms, a multipurpose room, a craft room, a dining room, and a kitchen, as well as a chapel, a beauty salon, a medical office, a cognitive therapy room, a cinema area, and a fitness room. In such a way that senior residents are provided with comprehensive care and an experience that ensures a rewarding stay with top-quality services in their daily lives.

Another distinguishing feature of Stanzza Senior Living is its extensive green areas, as well as its spacious and comfortable clubhouse, swimming pool equipped with areas for therapeutic and recreational use, and gym, physical therapy, and massage areas.
